Defective or Incorrect Items


If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact our customer service team within 3 days of delivery at RihlaCollection@gmail.com. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item received. If the issue is confirmed, we will work with you to resolve it appropriately, which may include a replacement or store credit.

Final Sale Items

All items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. This policy is clearly communicated at checkout and on product pages, especially for limited releases and promotional items.
